MS. FITZ SS 2012 PREVIEW: “A Kind Of Magic”

These are thoughts and words that come into my head when I think of this talented artist and stylist Ms. Fitz. My fellow blogger and Twitter buddy Ms. Fitz has given a handful of bloggers a preview of her SS 2012 look book before she releases it to the public. I was forunate to be one of the lucky chosen ones!

MS. FITZ

This collection marks the launch of a solo collection from the mind of Ms. Fitz, a New York based artist whose previous capsule lines were stocked at Liberty of London, while her signature fashion style has garnered the attention of Grazia, Marie Clare, Karen, Time Out NYC and MTV Style. Ms. Fitz has worked with stars including Peaches, The Gossip, Rye Rye, Chicks on Speed, Semi Precious Weapons and Chew Fu.

“A Kind of Magic.”
The ss2012 collection fuses Ms. Fitz’s signature style of bold colors, hectic prints and tribal madness. Handmade at her Brooklyn atelier, each piece is unique, and inspired by the jungle and magik of NYC. The cording is all hand dyed and knotted in-house, from Amish-sourced cotton, with a technique developed for this collection.
